ModelCap

New & trending discoveries

Fast public signals can surface a model before its identity or capability evidence is ready. Every candidate stays in an explicit operational state; attention velocity never becomes a ModelCap rank. Known packaging and companion artifacts stay visible as explained exclusions. Unresolved identities remain queued for automatic retries; source failures and missing evidence are not treated as completed work.
